As the Team Lead at CPC Resale, you will be the central figure in managing the daily operations of the team. You will provide technical support, handle ad-hoc issues, and ensure close collaboration with other departments and team leads. Your role will also focus on fostering the professional growth and well-being of your team members, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Principal responsibilities:
- Team management: Distribute work effectively and track time registrations (Protime) and remote work arrangements.
- Ad-hoc problem solving: Address urgent issues such as employee illness and shifting workloads.
- Sick leave and holiday tracking: Monitor and manage absences and holidays in Protime.
- Recruitment process: Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Technical support: Provide technical assistance to the team and act as the IT focal point.
- Team development: Conduct regular check-ins with team members, set objectives (Huappi), organize team meetings, and facilitate training sessions.
- Communication: Manage standard communications to regions and project managers (e.g., holidays, announcements).
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and team leads to align on both ad-hoc and future changes.
- Project involvement: Actively participate in ongoing and future projects to enhance and future-proof operations.
