Position details

Reports to: CSR & Logistics Coordinator

Purpose of the Role: Order handling, sales support and control input and output of raw materials.

Opportunity

  • Enter sales & purchase orders into the system
  • Εnter Agency orders into the system
  • Customer’s orders support to ensure that they are served correctly and efficiently
  • Informing warehouses about the sales orders they need to prepare and deliver the next day
  • Invoicing, Delivery Notes entries, Stock reports
  • Reconciliation of stock balances with third party warehouses
  • Cost file imports / transportation / customs clearance 
  • Change LOT number on the orders
  • Prepare documents for uploading order (transport, delivery note, invoice)
  • Find and attach Certificate Of Analysis to invoices upon customer request
  • Enter credit invoices for materials returned by customers and inform Credit department
  • Handle export of materials (analyze materials, contact shipping company, prepare export documents)
  • Prepare daily order lists
  • File documents by month
  • Provide secretarial support (Chief Executive Officer - salespeople - back office)

Background

  • Ηigh school graduate 
  • 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in customer service  
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
