Account Manager
Purpose of the role
As a key member of our BENELUX sales organization, your role will be to enhance customer value and contribute to business growth by building strong internal and external relationships. You will employ a targeted sales approach, leveraging your commercial acumen to drive value propositions and close sales effectively.
Principal responsibilities
To further expand our team, we are looking for an Account manager who:
- Will become part of our BENELUX sales organization, reporting to the Country manager Belgium/Luxembourg.
- Performs activities that generate added value to our customers and contributes to business growth.
- Develops relationships internally within Ultrapolymers and/or the Group’s departments and externally to facilitate commercial success.
- Takes a targeted sales approach, generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling.
- Commercial Acumen - Demonstrate an ability to drive value-propositions and close sales through calculating price quotations, establishing and negotiating terms of sale and manage any needed contracting actions in-line with business/sales strategies.
- Professionalism - Ability to present oneself in an appropriate manner while representing the Company.
- Maintains CRM with accurate profiles and opportunity information.
Your Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the industry is a plus (polymers, injection moulding, etc.).
- Proficiency in the English, Dutch languages are vital in this job.
- Good knowledge of the French language.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
