Technical Sales Engineer

Are you passionate about innovative building solutions? Ravago Building Solutions Bulgaria is on the lookout for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be the technical ambassador of our product range, working directly with customers, contractors, designers, and our sales force to drive product adoption and grow sales.
 
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As our Technical Sales Engineer, you will:
> Educate key decision-makers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Ravago’s waterproofing and thermal insulation products.
> Secure product specifications in project designs and ensure they translate into real sales opportunities.
> Collaborate with the sales team to support them in converting specifications into successful sales.
> Visit design offices, construction companies, and job sites to proactively identify design challenges and offer Ravago’s innovative solutions.
> Provide expert technical advice, solutions, and support—adding value through the use of Ravago’s products.
> Organize and lead technical seminars and training sessions for designers, architects, and applicators.
> Demonstrate product applications and technical solutions in real-life scenarios and workshops.
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
✔ University degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in job site supervision, design, or technical sales
✔ Strong command of both spoken and written English is mandatory for this role.
✔ A professional presence and communication style that builds trust and represents Ravago’s values of quality and reliability
✔ Valid Category B driving license
✔ Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
