Sales Manager Europe

KH Chemicals is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager, to join our dynamic European team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, driving business development, and working closely with a synergistic team. After a comprehensive training period, you will become part of KH Chemicals' sales family and contribute to our continuous growth in the chemical trading and distribution industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Take charge of nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
  • Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships, products, and market opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Oversee the entire sales process within your assigned territory, from initial inquiry to final invoicing.
  • Collaborate with our global offices to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through regular interactions, fostering trust and uncovering new business possibilities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  •  Strive to exceed sales targets and play a pivotal role in KH Chemicals' growth and success.

What do you need to be successful

  •        You hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Economics, Logistics, or have equivalent professional expertise.
  •       You have 2 to 5 years of commercial work experience in business development, trade, or relationship management.
  •       You bring a genuine interest in business development and account management to the role.
  •        You are fluent in German and English to effectively communicate with clients.
  •        Dutch language skills is a plus.
  •        You understand commodity trading to navigate the challenges of the role.

You will undergo an initial training period in our logistics department familiarize yourself with our logistical operations. The transition to the sales department will be determined based on your progress and readiness to assume sales responsibilities.
