People & Culture Lead Iberia

The Position

We are looking for a People & Culture Lead for our Ravago Plastics and Resinex companies in Spain and Portugal. The position can be filled full-time at our plant in Vilallonga del Camp (Tarragona).

As a People & Culture Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our employees throughout their entire employment lifecycle and competently advising our managers on all employee and labor law matters. Additionally, with your professional advice to employees and the implementation of interesting national and international P&C projects, you will play a decisive role in shaping our corporate culture.

You will be part of the Iberia People & Culture team, which collaborates closely across various locations and supports each other.

Your Tasks

  • Employee and Manager Support: You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers in a defined support area and will advise them on personnel and labor law issues.
  • Operations: You will ensure the administrative support of our employees and handle the preparation of all personnel-related documents. You will always ensure compliance with legal and internal company regulations and actively participate in redefining processes and guidelines.
  • Talent Acquisition: You will help us find suitable candidates and support them in a smooth onboarding process.
  • Compensation and Benefits: You will assist in payroll preparation and the management of related documents and data, ensuring smooth processing.
  • Labor Law: Ideally, you have good knowledge of German labor law to provide legal advice.
  • Growth and Development: You will help us offer our employees development opportunities using existing tools and platforms.
  • Projects: You will work with us to identify and implement optimization potentials throughout the entire employee lifecycle and proactively contribute your creative ideas to interesting transnational projects. In international initiatives, you will ensure successful implementation according to local conditions.

  • Education and Relevant Professional Experience: You have successfully completed your studies and gained professional experience as a generalist in a wide range of HR tasks in a dynamic and international business environment.
  • Good Communication Skills: You enjoy communicating fluently in German and English and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, both nationally and internationally.
  • Solution Orientation: You identify challenges early and address them pragmatically and empathetically, whether within your team or advising employees and managers .
