The central product coordinator Resinex plays a central role in the optimization of orders for the products of our Suppliers. He/she handles administration from purchase to delivery and provides essential commercial support to sales channels and our Suppliers.
Principal responsibilities
- Align with Product Manager and Product Specialist on day to day operations of product line
- Manage the end-to-end order handling for specific suppliers
o Validate sales orders registered by local offices and make sure prices, quantities and delivery dates are in line with business standards
o Follow-up orders and provide timely and complete information about changes to the customer
o Think out of the box and look for the best solutions to serve our customers
o Follow up delivery in collaboration with the logistic colleagues and accounting department
o Follow up of complaint handling in cooperation with the quality department

- Assist in the forecasting of a specific product group in line with business requirements
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and projects within Ravago supply chain.
