Ravago Group, is expanding its footprint in the UK polymer market. To support this growth, we're looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager to take the lead in developing customer relationships and driving new business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow Ravago Resale’s UK customer base with a strong focus on new business acquisition
  • Manage a modest starting portfolio and actively expand it through targeted prospecting
  • Visit customers and prospects across the UK, with a particular focus on the Midlands, the North, Wales and London areas.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and deepen relationships with underutilized customers
  • Report to the UK Sales Lead and work closely with the wider Ravago Resale team in Europe
  • Work autonomously, from home, with full freedom to plan your visits and commercial strategy

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales role.
  • Experience with plastic converters or materials distribution is a strong plus
  • Demonstrable success in developing sales territories, winning new clients, and delivering on commercial targets
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, decentralized environment
  • Natural relationship builder who thrives in client-facing roles
  • Based in the UK, preferably within reach of London, Manchester, or Birmingham
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
