Position details

Reports to: Area Sales Manager (North Greece)

Position Role: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and promote long lasting relationships with existing and new customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs (B2B)
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers exchanging with them commercial and technical information 
  • Present sales, revenue , project progress and realistic sales forecast to the management team on monthly basis, following up on commitments
  • Follow up of customer credits in coordination with the credit team
  • Comfort in collaboration with the rest of the team and taking ownership for personal productivity
  • Product and customer development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or chemical field
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in B2B sales at plastic sector
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in another language is considered as an asset
  • Ability to travel - Driving license holder (Β)
  • Build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
  • Applying knowledge of business to advance the organization's goals
  • Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said
