Ravago, a leading company in the building industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main tasks will include:

  • Managing and tracking orders from customers in Germany

  • Maintaining existing customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing high-quality service

  • Handling logistics coordination tasks and collaborating with freight carriers

  • Proactive cooperation with production planners and supply chain representatives

  • Supporting the sales team

  • Managing unexpected events and minimizing their impact

  • Participating in the optimization of internal processes

Required Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Fluency in German
