• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust, service, and deep market understanding.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by accurately identifying and meeting customer needs.
• Represent DRI Rubber professionally, promoting our company values and sustainable solutions.
• Support the transfer of customer information to Segment Managers when required.
• Report progress and performance against set objectives to the Global Sales Manager.
2. Product Leadership
• Match the right DRI products to customer needs and applications in collaboration with the Global Sales Manager.
• Identify and assess new market trends and business opportunities in the region.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and development initiatives.
3. Operational Excellence
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth Order-to-Cash process (sales, fulfillment, and payment).
• Manage and monitor the sales forecast and order intake, ensuring reliable planning and communication of deviations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, coordinate activities, and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
• Support the Global Sales Manager with quotations, reporting, market and competitor analysis, and internal alignment.
4. Profitable Growth
• Achieve turnover, revenue, and margin targets, contributing to DRI’s sustainable growth.
• Expand market share by acquiring new customers and strengthening existing relationships.
• Analyze sales performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Develop new business opportunities and markets within the industrial tire and general rubber goods sectors.
