Main Tasks

  • Plan, organize, and optimize day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods within our quality standards
  • Communicate and maintain relations with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve any transportation issues
  • Prepare necessary documentation for shipments
  • Trouble shooting, resolving logistical problems in a fast and efficient way

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation coordination and logistics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under (time) pressure
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications: particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles
  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems
  • English (spoken and written) B2 level
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player, positive attitude
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
