Sales Associate – Entry Level Sales Role with Clear Progression
About the role
This is an entry level sales position, well suited to a graduate looking to build a long term career in commercial sales.
You will join Ultrapolymers, a pan European polymer distributor, part of the wider Ravago Group. Ravago is the largest independently owned plastics recycler in Europe and a major global force across polymers, recycling, and distribution.
The Sales Associate role is the first step into professional B2B sales within a technical industry. You will learn how commercial decisions are made, how customer relationships are built, and how sales activity converts into revenue and margin.
This is a desk based commercial role that provides structured training, daily coaching, and hands on exposure to customers, products, and markets across Europe.

What you will be doing
You will act as a key link between customers, Account Managers, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing customer orders and enquiries
• Building relationships with allocated customers
• Making proactive sales calls, including re engaging dormant customers
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Supporting Account Managers with quotes, follow ups, and pipeline activity
• Using CRM daily to record activity, opportunities, and customer data
• Learning product features and applications across polymer markets
Over time, your responsibility and commercial ownership will increase.
