Position details

Reports to:  Payroll Lead

Purpose of the Role: Manage and oversee all aspects of a company's payroll

Opportunity

  • Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay
  • Gathering information on hours worked for each employee / sick day / leaves etc. (time management system and Employee Self Service – ESS)
  • Digital Card in industrial area
  • Managing private insurance benefits
  • Prepare reports and annual budget for upper management, finance department etc.
  • Cooperate with different departments to increase payroll service performance
  • Process data and prepare tax and insurance information 

Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • 2 - 3 years previous work experience as Payroll Specialist in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Payroll EpsilonNet program is mandatory (Pylon)
  • Familiar with work-shift and surcharges would be considered as a strong asset
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
