PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to provide reliable administrative and office support to the Logistics team, ensuring the smooth organisation of daily tasks and documentation. This position plays an important part in maintaining accurate records, supporting workflow coordination, and keeping essential information up to date. Ultimately, the role helps the team operate efficiently by assisting with routine processes, communication, and administrative duties that contribute to overall service quality.

OPPORTUNITIES

- Entering data into WMS or ERP systems and monitoring warehouse stock levels.
- Tracking and controlling orders throughout their execution, ensuring service quality and timeliness.
- Assisting in organizing domestic and international transportation.
- Verifying, recording, and archiving transport documents (CMR, WZ) and cost invoices.
- Preparing reports, summaries, and other departmental documentation.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and carriers while representing the company professionally.
- Handling email correspondence, phone contact with carriers and clients, and managing claims.
- Cooperating closely with internal departments.
- Entering and verifying data in internal systems.
- Registering transport orders in the computer system.

BACKGROUND

- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or transportation.
- Good computer literacy, especially MS Office (including Excel).
- Engagement, responsibility, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
- English language skills enabling effective communication.
