Purpose of the role

As Data Analyst – Legal Operations & Process Automation, you will play a key role in supporting the Legal Department by transforming legal data into actionable insights and by optimizing legal workflows through automation and smart process design.

You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability of legal processes across the group.

 

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze legal and operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within legal processes
  • Design, document, and optimize legal workflows (e.g. contract lifecycle management, matter management, approvals, compliance processes)
  • Support the automation of legal processes using digital tools, workflow platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide insights into legal workload, cycle times, risks, and performance
  • Translate legal and business requirements into clear functional specifications for automation and reporting
  • Support data quality, data governance, and consistent use of legal systems and tools
  • Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and internal stakeholders on the implementation and rollout of legal tech solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Legal team, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and scalability
  • Support change management by training legal team members and promoting adoption of new tools and processes
  • Fluency in English
