PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role involves providing operational and commercial support to the Key Account Manager, ensuring the efficient fulfilment of orders and a high standard of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication with clients, suppliers and internal departments, as well as independently managing the sales process: from preparing quotations and conducting negotiations through to finalising transactions and reporting results.
This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth running of sales processes, building long-term business relationships and supporting the company’s growth in an international environment.
