- Acquire proactively new customers and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Prepare offers and lead commercial negotiations.

- Travel regularly within designated safe zones in Ukraine to support customers and business development.
- University degree (preferably technical or chemical fields)
- Several years of experience in technical plastics sales
- Fluency in English (daily communication with suppliers and headquarters)
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is required for effective cooperation with customers across the entire country.
- Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, proactive
- Willingness to travel, valid driving license (category B)
- Work in an international environment with real impact on market development.
