As a Key Account Manager, you will drive sustainable sales growth in the region by building long term customer partnerships, expanding the customer base, and executing the company’s commercial strategy in the technical plastics market, directly contributing to market development and revenue performance.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Acquire proactively new customers and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Prepare offers and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Achieve sales targets and report results in CRM.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments.
  • Participate in product trainings, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Travel regularly within designated safe zones in Ukraine to support customers and business development.

BACKGROUND

  • University degree (preferably technical or chemical fields)
  • Several years of experience in technical plastics sales
  • Fluency in English (daily communication with suppliers and headquarters)
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is required for effective cooperation with customers across the entire country.
  • Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, proactive
  • Willingness to travel, valid driving license (category B)
