What You Will Do

 

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the local sales team.
  • Drive business growth and strengthen market presence across Czechia and Slovakia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to strategic development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
  • Expand your expertise through product training and close collaboration with international colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

  • University degree, preferably in a technical, chemical, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical plastics/polymer sales.
  • Previous team management or leadership experience.
  • Fluent Czech, Slovak, and English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
