- University degree, preferably in a technical, chemical, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical plastics/polymer sales.
- Previous team management or leadership experience.
- Fluent Czech, Slovak, and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Valid Category B driving license.
