The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth and efficient execution of daily logistics operations by managing data accuracy, coordinating workflows and supporting end-to-end logistics processes. The position contributes to operational excellence through effective order management, documentation control and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Ultimately, this role supports timely deliveries, high service quality and strong business relationships.
1. Handling day-to-day logistics orders and transport execution.
2. Organizing international and domestic transport for Group operations, including handling ongoing logistics requests.
3. Managing claims and processing complaints with customers and carriers.
4. Monitoring transport costs; participating in negotiations and meetings with transport providers.
5. Supervising transport documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
6. Registering shipments and handling mandatory SENT reporting (Polish transport monitoring system).
7. Coordinating ongoing activities with warehouses and carriers.
8. Booking goods receipts into the system; managing goods issues and stock adjustments, including packaging changes.
9. Monitoring stock levels in the OHM system and investigating discrepancies.
10. Preparing and executing inventory processes for Group operations.
11. Handling customs clearance processes.
12. Cooperating with the Sales and Finance departments regarding document flow.
1. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Necessary knowledge of logistics, transport or supply chain processes.
3. Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
6. Good command of Polish and English enabling effective communication.
