Position details

Reports to:  Head of Warehouse

Purpose of the Role: Support the smooth and efficient execution of daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation and transportation planning.

Opportunity

  • Issue delivery notes and invoices
  • Process and enter customer orders in the system
  • Coordinate incoming goods, imports and loading activities
  • Plan and coordinate transportation routes and daily deliveries
  • Monitor and maintain key logistics and transportation KPIs
  • Support ISO-related processes and documentation concerning warehouse operations
  • Handle external tasks related to warehouse operational needs, when required
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth and timely execution of daily logistics operations

Background

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and effectively manage daily operational tasks
