This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive the growth of our commodities portfolio in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

OPPORTUNITY

  • Build strong customer relationships and support business growth across the region.
  • Partner with Account Managers on key commercial opportunities and negotiations.
  • Provide product guidance to sales teams and customers.
  • Support product development, trials, and technical problem-solving.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance management of the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and commercial teams to drive product strategy, pricing, and availability.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team while fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.

BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business development, or commercial product roles.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales teams.
  • Ability to influence and drive results across functions without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a commercial or technical environment.
